Quality Control

We provide quality products according to client’s approval sheet, made out the SOP to verify the quality assurance, setup systemized testing module, update accordingly with client’s request and ensure no error product flow out at first time. We promise to adjust testing equipment periodically to keep its best precision, we put our engineers attending the training courses by schedule to prevent the misjudge of personal neglect and affects the quality of products.

Quality assurance starts from incoming materials control, IQC has been performed strictly by each batch basis to ensure material incomings meet acceptance and within best quality standard. To enhance the quality control activities of production lines, we check each step and keep tracing testing statistics up to acceptance and fall in best condition thus the disqualified items will be greatly reduced. Final outgoing report of each batch verify with MIL-STD-105E or MIL-STD-1916 standard ensuring errors free quality control processing.

PCB manufacturing are consists of long complicated processing, every session needs to check and remain reliable status, we seriously verify each procedure not just orally promise but with our best efforts to execute quality policy - commitment to meet client’s expectation.
